The US Department of State announced that the US Embassy in Moscow will no longer extend the validity of machine-readable visa (MRV) receipts issued before October 1, 2022. The validity of all receipts expires on September 30, 2023.
At the moment, the US Embassy in Russia is still not issuing visas, and no official changes to the Embassy's operations have been announced.
