Setting up the bot to book specific dates ✨

Booking an interview at the US Embassy can be a challenging task due to high demand and limited availability. If you don't manage to book a date, you'll have to wait for new slots to become available, but there's a simple solution to this problem!
Our bot will take care of all the hassle - it will track the opening of new dates and immediately book a free slot as soon as it sees it. The bot will handle this faster and more efficiently than any human, and you can focus entirely on preparing for the interview.

Connecting your personal account to the bot

To start working with the bot, you need to register a personal account in US Embassy registration system. After registering and filling out your profile in your personal account, you will be able to create an order in the bot. To do this, you will need to provide the bot with your email address and password from your personal account. This data will be used when the bot sees a free spot to log into your personal account and schedule an interview.
We store your data in encrypted form (AES-256) and only the bot has access to it at the time of logging into your profile. Even if we open the database manually, we won't be able to read it without the secret key, which is stored separately from the database.
To create an order, in the main menu of the bot, select "New Order", then "Interview Appointment".
After that, select the desired country from the list of countries. If it's a country in the US Travel Docs registration system, the bot will offer you to choose a city:
After selecting the country and city, the bot will ask for confirmation of the action, and after continuing, it will ask you to enter the login and password from your personal account in the recording system.

Setting the date range for recording

One of the key steps is to determine the desired date range for scheduling an interview. Setting the start and end of the period allows you to limit notifications to only relevant dates. This helps avoid situations where the bot may schedule you on a date that doesn't fit your plans. To correctly set the date range, use our widget with statistics.
To set up the range, go to the order settings:
Next, the bot will ask you to choose the start of the period. You can specify a specific date or a certain number of days before the interview. After that, the bot will suggest entering the end date of the range.
Be sure to set the end date of the range, otherwise the bot may book you for any available date in the future, even in a year, which may not be relevant.

The bot's booking process

After you provide the bot with access to your personal account, set the desired date range and pay for the order, the bot will start continuously monitoring the opening of new windows for booking. As soon as the bot detects a suitable free slot in the period you have chosen, it will immediately try to book it on your behalf.
However, it should be borne in mind that the US Embassy website may experience high loads from time to time, which may lead to technical failures or errors during the booking process. The more often the embassy opens new dates for booking, the more chances the bot has to successfully book a slot for you, despite possible temporary malfunctions.
Upon successful booking, you will receive a notification in Telegram with information about the booked date and time of the interview. After that, the bot will send you an invoice for the services rendered, which can be paid in any convenient way.

Cost of services

  • The cost of the registration service is 6000 rubles per applicant (payment after registration)
  • The cost of the notification service is 3000 rubles per month per applicant (prepayment)
  • The cost of statistics is 1500 rubles per month (prepayment)
  • If you have an active subscription to statistics or notifications, you can connect the recording service and the cost of previously purchased services will be deducted
The cost of the automatic recording service by the bot is 6000 rubles per applicant, the invoice is issued after notification of successful recording. However, if you currently have a monthly subscription to date statistics or notification services, their cost will be deducted from the cost of the recording service.
For example, if you purchased the notification service for one applicant for 3000 rubles, then in within a month you can order the automatic recording service by the bot for 1 year for 3000 rubles, without overpaying.
