How to enable notifications in Telegram 🔔

We offer a convenient way to track new dates for interviews at the US Embassy through a Telegram bot. In this article, we explain how to enable notifications for new dates.

What are new date notifications?

The notification service allows you to receive alerts about new dates for interviews at the US Embassy in various countries, such as Armenia, Turkey, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Thailand, and others (we have provided an up-to-date list of countries in a separate article).

Service cost

The service is paid and costs $40 per applicant per month. After purchase, you can freely edit the start and end of the date range for monitoring in your personal account. The notification service includes statistics for the selected country for one month as well. The notification service fee is non-refundable.

How to enable notifications?

To enable notifications, you need to go to our Telegram bot @VisaCatBot and follow these steps:

In the main menu, select "New Order"
Then select "Notification Subscription" and specify the country and city
Enter your E-Mail and password from your personal account. We need this data to determine the number of applicants and the type of residency for monitoring
After successful login verification, the bot will create an order for payment.
After payment, you will start receiving date notifications within the specified range.

We do not transfer data to third parties and store it securely.
E-Mail and password are used solely for the correct operation of our service.

Editing the date range

During or after ordering the notification service, you can specify the start and end of the date monitoring period. This is important to limit the flow of notifications to only the range you need. Access to date availability statistics will allow you to predict when the US Embassy will open slots and set the correct date range for quick booking.

Once the order is placed, you can go to the order settings to change the date range.

Step 1. In the order settings, click the "Change Range" button. After that, the bot will prompt you to specify the start of the period. You can choose a specific date or specify the number of days before the interview.

Step 2. Then the bot will prompt you to enter the end date of the range. After this date, notifications about new appointment dates will not be sent.

Thus, you will be able to receive notifications only about those dates that are really important for your interview appointment.

We recommend always specifying the start and end of the monitoring range, otherwise the bot may send you notifications about dates a year in advance, which may not be relevant.

What to do if you can't sign up manually

If you are unable to sign up manually within a month (every time you log into your personal account, the date sent by the bot is no longer available in the calendar), you can pay an additional $40 for the applicant and connect the automatic bot registration service for 1 year. If the bot does not register you for an interview within a year, the additional amount paid can be refunded.
