PUBLIC OFFER

This Offer is addressed to individuals and is an official public offer made by the self-employed Alexey Viktorovich Ivanov (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service Provider') to conclude an agreement for the provision of services, which is a public offer (proposal) to individuals (hereinafter referred to as the 'Client'). In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (CC RF), in the event of acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below and payment for the services, an individual making payment for this offer becomes a Client (in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the CC RF, acceptance of the offer is equivalent to the conclusion of an agreement on the terms set out in the offer). The agreement is considered concluded from the moment of payment for the services of the Service Provider. The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this offer. Changes come into effect on the day following publication on the website https://visacat.ru/en/offer.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 Public offer (hereinafter referred to as the 'Offer') is a public offer made by the Service Provider to an indefinite number of persons to conclude an agreement with the Service Provider for the provision of the service of automatic recording for an interview for obtaining a US B1/B2 visa (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service').
1.2 Acceptance of the Offer - full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer by the actions of the Customer specified in this Offer, creating an Agreement between the Customer and the Service Provider.
1.3 Customer - an individual who has submitted an application for the acquisition of the Service via the Telegram bot @VisaCatBot.
1.4 Telegram bot - software developed for use in the Telegram messenger.
1.5 Service – services for viewing the history of location allocation, subscription to notifications and automatic recording for an interview for US visa B1/B2.
1.6 Website – an Internet resource available on the Internet at the address: https://visacat.ru/en.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1 The Agreement concluded by means of Acceptance of the Offer is regulated by the norms of civil legislation on the adhesion contract (Article 428 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) – since its terms are determined by the Contractor in this Offer and can be accepted by any person not otherwise than by joining the proposed Agreement in whole without any exceptions and limitations.
2.2 The public offer includes this document with all appendices, changes and additions to it, posted on the Contractor's Website.
2.3 The Customer who has made the Acceptance of the Offer confirms and acknowledges that they have reached the age that allows to conclude the relevant Agreement, and also understands that they are solely responsible for any harm and (or) damage to third parties resulting from the use of the Service.
2.4 Acceptance of the Offer is the making of payment. Payment by the Customer for the Service posted in the Telegram-bot means that the Customer agrees to all the terms of this Offer.
2.5 The Executor has the right at its discretion to make changes to the Offer at any time without notifying the Customer, as well as to revoke it in the manner provided for in this Agreement.
2.6 In case of changes to the terms of the Offer, the changes come into force from the moment of publication of the changed terms of the Offer on the Site, unless a different period is specified by the Executor in the relevant notice of changes.
2.7 This Offer comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site. The term of the Offer is not limited, unless otherwise specified on the Site.
2.8 The Executor provides the Customer with complete and reliable information about the Service presented in the Telegram-bot.
2.9 The Service is provided for use by the Customer on an "As is" basis. No warranties other than those expressly stated in this Offer are attached or provided.
2.10 All actions performed using the Customer's data are considered actions of the Customer themselves, which is considered indisputable evidence of the Customer's expression of will.

3. COST OF SERVICES

3.1 The cost of the Service is presented on the Website and is indicated when forming an order in the Telegram bot before payment.
3.2 The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally change the cost of any service.
3.3 The Customer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order for the Service if the cost has been changed by the Service Provider after the Order has been placed.
3.4 The cost of the services paid by the Customer cannot be changed by the Service Provider after payment has been made.
3.5 The Customer's obligations to pay for the Service are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are received into the Service Provider's settlement account.
3.6 Payments between the Service Provider and the Customer for the Service are made by the methods indicated on the Website in the 'Service Cost' section and in the Telegram bot when placing an Order.

4. PLACING AN ORDER

4.1 The Customer places an Order for the Service through the Telegram bot.
4.2 The name and cost of the Service chosen by the Customer are indicated in the Telegram bot in the invoice issued to the Customer during the order placement process before payment.
4.3 The contract for the provision of services remotely between the Service Provider and the Customer is considered concluded from the moment the Service Provider receives a message of the Customer's intention to order the Service.
4.4 Information on the placement of the Order and payments made for the Service is sent to the Customer in messages in the Telegram bot.

5. TERMS OF SERVICE PROVISION

5.1 Access to the Service after payment is made through the Telegram-bot.

6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REFUND

6.1 The terms of the Contract and the conditions for the return of the paid Service are presented on the Site and are indicated when placing an order in the Telegram-bot before payment.
