The US Department of State announced an increase in consular fees for B1/B2 visas.
As of June 17, 2023, the fee for a B1/B2 visa is $185. This amount is non-refundable. It is charged for the procedure of reviewing the application in the chosen country of document submission and subsequent issuance of a multiple-entry visa for up to 3 years.
At the same time, since 2023, payment of the consular fee cannot be made using bank cards issued by the Russian Federation. Those wishing to obtain a US visa can use their foreign cards or seek help from friends or relatives living abroad (payment is accepted by card in the name of another person).
