Setting up the bot to book specific dates ✨

Booking an interview at the US Embassy can be a challenging task due to high demand and limited availability. If you miss the chance to book a date, you'll have to wait for new slots to open, but there's a simple solution to this problem!
Our bot will take care of all the hassle — it will track the opening of new dates and immediately book an available slot for you as soon as it sees one. The bot will handle this faster and more efficiently than any human, while you can fully focus on preparing for your interview.

Connecting your personal account to the bot

To start working with the bot, you need to register a personal account in US Embassy appointment system. After registering and filling out your profile in your personal account, you can create an order in the bot. To do this, you will need to provide the bot with your email address and password for your personal account. This data will be used when the bot sees an available slot, to log into your personal account for you and schedule an interview.
We store your data in encrypted form (AES-256) and only the bot has access to it when logging into your profile. Even if we manually open the database, we will not be able to read it without a secret key, which is stored separately from the database.
To create an order, in the main menu of the bot, select "New Order", then "Interview Appointment".

After that, select the desired country from the list of countries. If it is a country in the US Travel Docs appointment system, the bot will prompt you to select a city:

After selecting the country and city, the bot will ask for confirmation of the action, and after proceeding, it will ask you to enter your login and password for your personal account in the appointment system.

Setting the date range for the appointment

One of the key steps is to define the desired date range for the interview appointment. Setting the start and end of the period allows you to limit notifications to only relevant dates. This helps avoid situations where the bot might book you for a date that doesn't fit your plans. To correctly set the date range, use our statistics widget.
To configure the range, go to order settings:

Next, the bot will ask you to select the start of the period. You can specify a specific date or a certain number of days before the interview. After that, the bot will prompt you to enter the end date of the range.

Be sure to set an end date for the range, otherwise the bot may book you for any available date in the future, even a year from now, which may not be relevant.

Bot booking process

After you grant the bot access to your personal account, set the desired date range, and pay for the order, the bot will begin continuously monitoring for new booking slots. As soon as the bot finds a suitable free slot within your selected period, it will immediately attempt to reserve it on your behalf.
However, it should be noted that the US Embassy website may occasionally experience high loads, which can lead to technical failures or errors during the booking process. The more often the embassy opens new dates for appointments, the more chances the bot has to successfully book a slot for you, despite possible temporary glitches.
Upon successful booking, you will receive a notification in Telegram with information about the booked date and time of the interview. After that, the bot will send an invoice for the services rendered, which can be paid by any convenient method.

Cost of services

  • The cost of the booking service is — 6000 rubles per applicant (payment after booking)
  • The cost of the notification service is — 3000 rubles per month per applicant (prepayment)
  • Cost of statistics — 1500 rubles per month (prepayment)
  • If you have an active subscription for statistics or notifications, you can connect the booking service and the cost of previously purchased services will be deducted
The cost of the automatic booking bot service is 6000 rubles per applicant, the invoice for payment is issued after notification of successful booking. However, if you currently have a monthly subscription to statistics services or new date notifications, their cost will be deducted from the booking service cost.
For example, if you purchased the notification service for one applicant for 3000 rubles, then within a month you can arrange for an automatic bot booking service for 1 year for 3000 rubles, without overpaying.
