Consent to personal data processing

I hereby, in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (with amendments and additions), freely, by my own will and in my own interest, express my consent to the Visa Cat Website Administration (hereinafter — the Operator), located at: https://visacat.ru, contact email address: support@visacat.ru, for the processing of my personal data under the following conditions:

1. Personal data for which consent to processing is givenThe Operator may process the following personal data:

• last name, first name, patronymic;
• email address;
• phone number;
• data automatically transmitted when using the site: IP address, location information, operating system and browser type and version, interface language, device type and screen resolution, source of transition to the site, visited pages and actions performed;
• “cookie” files and anonymized data collected using internet statistics services (including Yandex.Metrica).

Personal data is not publicly available.

2. Purposes of personal data processingPersonal data is processed for:

• clarifying order or application details;
• consulting on issues related to Visa Cat services;
• sending notifications about new products, services, promotions, and events (with user consent);
• conducting analytics and improving the quality of the website and provided services.

3. Legal grounds for processing
The grounds for processing personal data are:

• Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation;
• Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”;
• this consent and the Personal Data Processing Policy published at https://visacat.ru.

By submitting my data through the forms on the website, I confirm my agreement with the specified Policy and this Consent.

4. Actions with personal data The following actions may be performed during processing:
collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, transfer (including provision and access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

5. Conditions for the transfer of personal data Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, or necessary for the fulfillment of the Operator's obligations.

6. Measures for the protection of personal data The Operator takes all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions.

7. Rights of the personal data subject I am notified that I have the right to:

• receive information about my personal data and its processing;
• demand clarification (updating, changing) of my personal data by sending an email to support@visacat.ru with the note “Personal Data Update”;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending an email to support@visacat.ru with the note “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”;
• demand the deletion or destruction of personal data if it is processed in violation of the law;
• refuse to receive informational messages by sending a request to support@visacat.ru.

The date of withdrawal of consent is considered the day following the day the Operator receives the corresponding notification.

8. Term of personal data processingThe term of personal data processing is unlimited. Processing ceases upon receipt of a notification of withdrawal of consent by the Operator.

9. Final provisionsI confirm that I am the subject of the personal data provided and have accurately indicated it.

Consent comes into force from the moment the data is provided and is valid until the termination of personal data processing in accordance with paragraph 8 of this Consent.
