Since May 2021, the US Embassy in Russia no longer provides visa services.
Citizens of the Russian Federation still have the opportunity to apply for non-immigrant and immigrant visas at the US Embassy or Consulate in other countries. There, they can still make an appointment.
US Embassies in different countries use three different systems, i.e. three websites through which visa appointments are made:

The consular fee is paid in advance; the calendar for scheduling an interview opens only after payment confirmation. In some countries, such as Thailand and Indonesia, the consular fee is paid directly in the country where the documents are submitted at a local bank.
